To better service your needs we have implemented an integrated management system (by AroFlo). This enables us to manage our plumbers and track the status of the tasks they are working on. As well as to produce OHS&E compliance forms, track client assets, and get your jobs completed quickly and efficiently.
Our schedulers are very experienced and knowledgeable, applying the most appropriate plumber and other resources to each job. Tasks arrive via email and phone and most documentation can be received and issued electronically by our plumbers whilst on site.
Also, our schedulers and plumbers have years of experience with the special needs of the agred as well as commercial enterprises and the obligations they have to their customers and tenants.
When on site our plumbers are mindful of the needs of clients – especially where explanation or patience is needed to understand the task at hand and to ensure agreed outcomes are met.
